Pool Times

We train at the pool twice a week, the times are as follows;

Tuesday           19.30pm - 21.00pm 
Saturdays         14.00pm - 16.00pm

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the time, to allow time for Instructors to brief you if you are doing a couse and for us to check you in.

Alternatively, you are welcome to join us for a swim!  Please contact us to book onto a pool session or for more details.  

The pool is situated at Ipswich High School for Girls, in Woolverstone, Suffolk (Click on the image for directions).
