Welcome to the Galaxsea Divers website, where diving is not just a dream but a passion.
Galaxsea Divers is more than just Ipswich’s friendliest dive shop, it's the place where you can learn to dive, book scuba diving holidays, purchase scuba diving equipment and have your scuba diving equipment serviced and repaired!
Training
We're a PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Dive Centre, which makes us one of the best places in the world to learn to dive or enhance your diving experience. We're able to offer a wide range of courses to suit all levels, from beginner to expert. We even have courses for children aged 8 and over, purposely designed to introduce them to the thrills of diving. All our courses are taught by qualified and experienced instructors to ensure your enjoyment and safety. Just click on the training link to start or continue your diving adventure with us.
Alongside PADI, we also run Divers Alert Network (DAN) courses. These courses are designed to enhance safety and health amongst recreational scuba divers, by developing skills and techniques to enable you to manage different emergency scenarios. Click on the DAN training link for more information
As well as diving, we are an established training provider of Emergency First Response (EFR) courses, with our Primary and Secondary Care Course including children first aid courses and EFR Instructor training. Click on our EFR training link for further information.
Holidays
New for November 2010 is our trip to Makadi Bay in Egypt!!!! For more information click here! Whether you are a UK diver or if you prefer warmer waters, Galaxsea Divers has a holiday for you. We run regular trips to a variety of destinations, with day trips to Brighton, long weekends to Pembrokeshire and Malta and week long holidays to the Red Sea. Long haul trips are also available and include Australia, The Caribbian and Truk Lagoon to name a few. Click on the holiday link for more information.
Showroom and Service Centre
At our Felixstowe Road dive shop in Ipswich we sell, service and repair a wide range of quality equipment from the leading names in the business. Our opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 6pm and Thursday until 8pm.
